These terms cover using Nia. Chevron Digital operates Nia. The Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines sit beside them.
What Nia does
Nia introduces people who need something done and people who offer that work, mostly in WhatsApp. Nia does not employ anyone, and does not guarantee the work, the price, or that someone will be available.
Who can use Nia
You confirm you are old enough to agree to these terms where you live. A web Login is optional until you want one. Messaging Nia does not by itself create a Login.
The other rules
You also agree to the Privacy Policy and the Community Guidelines. Nia does not give clinical, legal, or financial advice. Helping you find someone who does that work is fine.
Early access
Matching is still getting started. Features can change, and a request may not find anyone.
Stopping access
We can pause or end access when these terms or the Community Guidelines say so, including when we need to keep other people safe.
